Dr. Alireza Golabchifar

Lead Dentist

Dr. Alireza Golabchifar

With more than 30 years of experience practicing dentistry in Canada and internationally, Dr. Golabchifar provides comprehensive full-mouth reconstructive care, combining expertise in orthodontic, surgical, restorative, and prosthetic dentistry.

In 1992, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Shahid Beheshti University, and in 2000 he completed four years of specialty training in orthodontics. He completed his Board Exams and the Canadian Dental Equivalency process in 2012 and has been treating patients of all ages ever since.

Dr. Gita Amiri

Dentist

Dr. Gita Amiri

Dr. Gita Amiri completed her degree in Dentistry in 1996 in Iran. After practicing for 12 years, she moved to Canada with her family. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Dalhousie University in 2014 and has been practicing in the GTA since then.

Dr. Amiri has experience treating patients of all ages with a wide variety of conditions and treatment needs. She believes in treating patients as she would her own family, building strong relationships and ensuring comfort. A strong advocate for preventive dentistry, she always prioritizes her patients’ concerns when making treatment decisions.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Amiri enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, as well as calligraphy and reading poetry.

Our Administrative Team supports you from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. They handle scheduling, insurance, and treatment coordination with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience.

Administrative Team

Maryam

Maryam holds a Bachelor’s degree in computer software, mathematics, and design. She also has a Level II Dental Assistant diploma, is HARP certified, and a member of the Ontario Dental Assistants Association. In addition, she has completed a dental hygiene program.

Maryam has been practicing in dental offices for over 7 years. At King West Dentistry, she manages reception, treatment planning, office coordination, and dental insurance matters.

In her free time, Maryam enjoys playing the piano and guitar, exercising, and traveling with her family.

Esther has over 7 years of experience as a medical administrator in multiple high-volume clinics, both OHIP-covered and private. She believes that good health is the foundation of a great life and is committed to helping patients achieve this goal.

Outside of work, Esther enjoys yoga, spending time with friends and family, and supporting environmental and social causes.

Assistant Team

Raluca

Raluca has more than 7 years of experience as a dental assistant and graduated with Dean’s Honours from George Brown College.

She is known for her enthusiasm and compassion, which show in her easy-going manner and endless patience. She thrives in every aspect of her work but is especially passionate about working with children and people with disabilities.

Outside of the office, Raluca enjoys spending time with her teenage son, as well as plane spotting, swimming, skating, and cooking together.

Hygiene Team

Our three registered dental hygienists are highly qualified to help you maintain the long-term health of your smile. They are extensively trained in the latest oral healthcare procedures and utilize advanced technologies to treat gum disease and other dental issues at the earliest stages.

Susan

A graduate of George Brown College (Diploma in Dental Hygiene, 1997), Susan has more than 20 years of experience in general dental practice, working with diverse patients ranging from young children to seniors, professionals, and individuals with special needs.

Susan takes a genuine interest in her patients’ well-being and enjoys empowering them with the knowledge to maintain their oral health. She is also disciplined about fitness and healthy eating, regularly working out at the gym. In her free time, she enjoys reading, biking, hiking, mountain climbing, and traveling.

Jennifer

Jennifer has been with King West Dental since 2006. She graduated from George Brown College’s Dental Hygiene program in 2005 and also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western University.

Jennifer continues to expand her expertise, studying health policy at York University and advanced dental instrumentation at RDHu in Hamilton. She is passionate about healthy living and educating patients on maintaining optimal oral health.

Outside the clinic, Jennifer enjoys time with her two young boys, reading, healthy cooking, long walks on the beach, and watching sunsets.

Negar

Negar has been practicing dental hygiene since 2008 and has over 15 years of experience in the dental field. She is HARP certified and a member of the Ontario Dental Hygienists Association.

Negar joined King West Dental in 2005, starting as a receptionist and Level I dental assistant before completing her dental hygiene program.

She brings boundless energy and enthusiasm to the team. In her spare time, she enjoys running, skiing, traveling, cooking, and outdoor activities. Negar is also a fan of the Toronto Blue Jays and loves exploring new restaurants.
